Liam is the former manager of the renowned equestrian property Helgstrand at Turnberry.
Liam oversees day to day operations, manages our high quality Maintenance team and is responsible for the on-going development of facilities at Macedon Lodge.
Liam and his operations and maintenance team focus on ensuring that the facilities at Macedon Lodge are in exceptional condition so that the resident trainers are able to focus on the training of the elite athletes in their care.

With over 20 years’ experience as a farrier including roles as the Head Farrier at the Singapore Turf Club and the Head Farrier at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Paul is widely recognised for his meticulous attention to detail.
Paul is responsible for the efficient operation of the pre-training division and ensuring that each horse in his care follows a program that meets the individual need of the horse, as agreed with the trainer.

Louise is the Office Manager and brings to the team a strong mix of both hands on and administration skills and with over 15 years experience. Louise ensures that the office runs smoothly at all times and drives HR across the business.
